User login credentials are managed by Auth0, a trusted and leading enterprise identity management service. BitReports does not store your Auth0 password in our application database.
Credit card and payment details are managed through Stripe, a trusted and leading payment partner. BitReports does not store full card numbers on our servers.
Data Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting support.
